Before the first claim
Does it read receipts automatically?
Yes for common receipt layouts: merchant, amount and date are extracted and you confirm them. Anything it cannot read you type in.
What happens to a flagged claim?
It can still be submitted. The flag travels with it so the approver sees exactly which rule it touched and can decide.
Can finance export to our accounts package?
Reports export as CSV with category, cost centre, employee and receipt reference, ready for import.
Is there a desktop version?
The same app works on a laptop for managers and finance; the capture flow is designed for the phone.
